Managing Partner - Operations

Magdaline Ng’etich is a partner in the firm. She is a practicing Advocate of the High Court of Kenya having been admitted to the Roll of Advocates in the year 2006.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Hons) from Moi University, Kenya. She also holds A Post Graduate Diploma from The Kenya School of Law. She is currently the Managing Partner and also in charge of all Litigation related matters in the Firm.

She has practised the law broadly and widely and thus gained a wealth of experience having worked in other established law firms in the city.

Her core areas of practice are Civil and Commercial Litigation, Debt Recoveries, Insurance Claims, Labour and Employment related matters as well as Family Law. Ms. Ng’etich is a member of The Law Society of Kenya and a Member of The Board of Trustees (Friends of Lake Turkana).
